The concept of the model is to give a structure to any given situation. This does not have to be to deal with ‘conflict’ or ‘threat’, it can work for problem solving or managing issues such as dealing with a victim of crime. This topic can standalone as a single subject or it can be supported with elements of Tactical Communication and Use of Force threaded through it. NOTE - There are similarities to the National Decision Model and Dynamic Risk Assessment Model, however the origins are with the PSM (Personal Safety Model) or CMM (Conflict Management Model).
