This is a decision-making process model. It can be used in a dynamic or strategic way. It allows a user to come to a conclusion, (as does the Conflict Management Model and Dynamic Risk Assessment Model), however this now becoming more current and is being used by many sectors as one of their key operational tools. The Police are using this on a National basis) The National Decision Model (NDM) that can be used if preferred or appropriate to your needs.
